1. What exactly am I buying?

Lyophilised research compounds in sealed vials, supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research by qualified professionals. Nothing on this site is for human or veterinary use, diagnosis or therapy, and we do not provide dosing guidance of any kind.

2. How do I verify purity for the vial I receive?

Every lot carries a number printed on the vial. Search that number in the COA library or open the certificate linked on the product page — it shows HPLC purity, mass-spec identity confirmation, appearance and net content for that specific lot, with the full chromatogram attached.

3. When does my order ship, and how is it packaged?

Orders placed before 3:00 PM CST on a business day leave New Lenox the same day with tracking. Everything ships in unbranded outer packaging with a cold pack where the compound requires it — nothing on the outside identifies the contents.

4. Do you offer bulk or repeat-order pricing?

Stack pricing is automatic in the cart: 8% off at two vials, 15% at three to five, 22% at six or more, applied across mixed compounds. For volumes beyond that, email us and we will quote per-lot.

5. What if something is wrong with my order?

Photograph the vial and email us within 14 days of delivery. Damaged, short-filled or off-spec material is replaced on the next dispatch without a return. If a lot fails assay after release, we contact every buyer of that lot directly.

6. How are your research materials tested?

Each lot undergoes independent HPLC and MS analysis, with testing documentation provided for verification.

7. What does lot level traceability mean?

Each production lot has a unique identifier, allowing its testing records and documentation to be matched to the specific batch.

8. What information is included on a COA?

COAs can include compound identity, HPLC purity, analytical results, lot information, and other relevant testing details.

9. Where can I find the COA for my compound?

Available testing documentation is provided through the relevant product or testing section for easy reference.

10. How should research materials be stored?

Storage requirements can vary by compound. Refer to the product documentation and applicable laboratory handling guidance for the material you are working with.

11. Do different lots have different test results?

Analytical results can vary between production lots. Lot specific documentation provides the most accurate information for each batch.

12. How are orders prepared before fulfillment?

Each order is carefully reviewed, securely sealed, and prepared for discreet fulfillment before dispatch.

13. Can I track my order after dispatch?

14. What happens if a qualifying issue is found?
